Cooling Solutions in Albuquerque.

As an Albuquerque homeowner the subject of proper whole-home air conditioning should be on your mind as we transition into spring.  Soon we will be sweltering and you will be seeking cool comfort in your castle.  If that old swamp cooler on your roof is just not cutting it anymore it is time to consider an efficient alternative.  That choice may well be refrigerated air, or central air conditioning as it is known.

Here are some of the elements in a new refrigerated air system -

1.  A compressor
2.  Evaporator coils
3.  Refrigerant lines
4.  A device that regulates the flow of cool air, etc.

Now that you know what is best, the next easy and logical step is to call the right person for the job.  That person is D. J. Newell, Albuquerque’s refrigerated air conversion expert.  D. J. is the owner of D. J.’s Plumbing and Mechanical.  Before the hot temps arrive call him today for a free estimate at (505) 315-5789.

Swamp Cooler vs. Refrigerated Air.

It is not going to get any cooler in the Albuquerque area.  Soon, temperatures will heat up and that swamp cooler on top of your house will not answer the call like you need it to.  Swamp coolers or “evaporative” coolers as they are sometimes known are fairly common in New Mexico.

When warm weather arrives from the south the humidity goes way up.  Now you are not only looking at lower efficiency, but higher maintenance costs to keep that old swamp cooler cranking along.  Hot air enters the device, water-filled pads cool the hot air, the cool air then circulates through ducts and leaves your home through vents and windows.

Hey, it’s 2017.  Don’t you deserve the best, most efficient method of whole-home air conditioning? Now is the time to contact D.J. at D.J.’s Plumbing and Mechanical.  He will come to your castle and discuss the transition from swamp cooler to refrigerated air in your Albuquerque home.  What are you waiting for…90 degree temperatures?  Call him today at (505) 315-5789.
